'Central to all the art I make, I long to reflect the intimacy of a relationship with God, and to creatively express stumbling through life. I feel the most 'me' when I have a paintbrush in my hand, or am standing in front of a large canvas. Each piece of art tells a story, like a page from a journal or sketchbook, and the majority of my work is abstract, ranging from oil on canvas, to watercolour, textiles and mixed media.
Some paintings featured have come out of times of brokenness and confusion. Other times I will be inspired by joy and praise to God. But with it all, it is my intent to produce beautifully honest pieces of work that are powerful, and speak of so much more.
